If your ViewerFrame?Mode=Refresh link is timing out or not displaying, check the camera's network settings. You may need to specify the correct port in your URL (e.g., http://192.168.1 ). Alternatively, many modern setups require you to switch the protocol from standard HTTP MJPEG streaming to an RTSP (Real-Time Streaming Protocol) stream.
